Yemanja is the only wood-fired grill on the island! Two authentic colonial buildings of great architectural interest in the historic part of downtown Oranjestad provide the setting for this unique dining experience. Locally caught fresh fish, shrimp, lobster, prime cuts of beef, lamb, pork and poultry are all prepared over a wood fire using mesquite and hickory, creating dishes that are far more succulent, tender and infused with flavor. Appetizers include puff pastry shrimp, Greek salad, filo dough with goat cheese, tuna tartar, and beef carpaccio. Entrée selections are vegetable tempura, duck breast, Black Angus steaks, rack of lamb, Atlantic salmon, mahi-mahi, grouper, scallops and jumbo shrimp. Dark chocolate or coconut mousse, banana tarte tartin, and Grand Marnier crème brulée are perfect finales.
